 After a week in Bavaria, we will join the gathering in Cologne, in response to the invitation of His Holiness, Pope John Paul II.
We will spend one week in the heart of the World Youth Days, as an official delegation in charge of the animation of a place of reception.
Each day, catechetic, celebration of the Holy Mass, and many animations will take place within the framework of the Festival of Youth.
Juventutem will be staying in Düsseldorf, one among the three cities (with Bonn) where WYD delegations will be dispatched in the diocese of Cologne. Our liturgical activities are officially to take place in the vast St Antonius church, one of the largest in the diocese. Its style and its splendid organ fit with the traditional Holy Masses which we will offer there and with our pontifical Vespers and Benediction as announced in the official WYD programme.
